Summer is over and its officially Autumn…..The month when my favourite series come back on air. If you know me well, I am a semi tv addict. I love the series I love, from comedies (sitcoms) to drama (medical and crime) to reality tv…..yes the likes of Basketball wives and The Real Housewives series. Somehow I have never been able to get hooked on The Real Housewives of Orange County. Watch the 1st and 2nd series, thats it. While surfing through sidereel, I stumbled on this new reality show, Preachers of La, its supposed to premier early in October. To be honest, I don’t understand what this show is about, but I am excited to tune in and see if they would be as ratchet as that other show, married to medicine.
Guess I have to wait till October to see if I get hooked on this….

A brief recap…..Season 2 ended as the Gladiators get closer to uncovering the mole’s identity. Fitz is planning a future with Olivia while Olivia and her team find themselves in an increasingly dangerous situation; the latest White House scandal pushes Cyrus over the edge. David is instrumental in uncovering the identity of the mole. A secret about Olivia’s life hits the media. And the most exciting part, Rowan is Olivia’s Dad….

All I can say is I thumbs up to Shonda Rhimes she is doing it with Greys Anatomy (another fav of mine) she did it with Private Practise (well up to the 4th season) and now Scandal….Whoop Whoop….*insertsdancingladyinthereddresshere*

Scott Foley, who played the role of Jake, one of Olivia Pope’s love interests, is returning as a regular character.
Lisa Kudrow, from friends, has signed on for an unrevealed role
and Paul Adelstein from private practice will be a recurring character.

The Originals is a new spinoff series of Vampire Diaries to air on CW. The series sneak peek premiere will air after Vampire Dairies on Thursday, October 3, 2013, then a week later on October 8, 2013, it will begin airing on Tuesdays.
The Series centers on the Mikaelson siblings, the world’s original vampires, Klaus (Joseph Morgan), Elijah (Daniel Gillies), and Rebekah (Claire Holt). During the preview pilot episode that aired on April 25, 2013, Hayley, the she-wolf, is pregnant with Klaus’s Child. In other to regain his role as king and take over the city of New Orleans (a city he originally built) Klaus must take down his protege, Marcel (Charles Michael Davis the hottie from Greys Anatomy). Klaus left Marcel in charge when he was on the run from his father Mikael. As Klaus has returned after many years, his ego has provoked him to become the king of the city. “Every King needs an heir” says Klaus, accepting the unborn child. The child is a first to be born to a hybrid and a werewolf (Hayley).

Vampire Dairies – October 3, 2013
My favourite series True Blood was on hiatus for the summer and I was desperately looking for something to feel my vamp urge so i thought I would try watching the Vampire Diaries…..lets just say I watched season 1 -4 in 1 week……So many sleepless nights, I was officially addicted. Damon is my favourite vamp well now he and Klaus are battling for my attention. Cant wait for season 5 to start.
Brief Season Finale Recap….
On Graduation Day, Mystic Falls is overrun with ghosts intent on settling old scores and fulfilling their supernatural destinies. Damon’s life is in danger after a ghostly encounter with one of the hunters, while Matt and Rebekah join forces to battle a ghost determined to find the cure. When Matt’s life falls in the line of danger Rebekkah kisses him and says that it was the bravest thing she wanted to do. As everyone gathers for the graduation ceremony and the ghosts converge, help comes from the now-hero Klaus, after Caroline repeatedly calls him to help. Caroline receives a touching and unexpected graduation present from him: He gives Tyler his freedom back, allowing him to return to Mystic Falls to be with Caroline. He tells her that though Tyler is her first love, he wants to be the last one she ever loves. Then Bonnie bravely gives her own life to bring Jeremy back but ensures she’ll be fine with her Grams, and the Spirits of Witches. Elena then tells Damon that she loves him and in death he is the only one who makes her feel alive. They kiss passionately as Stefan overhears the conversation with tears in his eyes. Elena faces an epic confrontation with Katherine which eventually leads to Elena shoving the cure down Katherine’s throat, turning her back into a human. Finally, Stefan discovers a horrifying clue to the mystery surrounding Silas. Stefan is Silas’ doppelganger. Then a vengeful Silas traps Stefan in a safe, and drops him into the lake.

Is it me or the cast of Grey’s anatomy seems to be thinning out? Still can’t believe that there is no more Izzy, George, Lexi grey and McSteamy……O McSteamy…..The finale episode, While trying to fix the emergency generators and restore the lights, Richard was electrocuted while changing the meter due to the water in the basement…..Oh no…..Meredith requires a C-section, which had to be performed in the dark as a result of the power outage, the baby is born healthy, but her earlier fall causes serious abdominal bleeding. Alex, Jo and Arizona must deal with chaos when oxygen machines in the NICU stop working. Cristina operates on Richard’s patient by listening g to his heart in the dark. The ER staff rush to help the passengers of a burning bus. April questions her engagement to Matthew when she believes that Jackson has died in the bus explosion. Callie finds out about Arizona’s encounter with Dr. Boswell.
Cristina breaks up with Owen, rumour has it that Christina is not in season 10 or leaving after the season is over. Dr. Bailey returns to the OR after the last incident with the chief’s wife to perform emergency surgery on Meredith.
Season 10 begins with the doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital facing with the devastation left by the storm. A giant mudslide in Seattle injures a group of first responders and citizens, causing the already shorthanded ER to spring into action. Meanwhile, Meredith is faced with a tough decision that will affect the life of a loved one, Callie is rocked by the reality of Arizona’s infidelity, and Richard’s life (Yay Richard is in season 10) is in extreme danger. Can’t wait for the drama to unfold. This is by fat my best Medical Drama, tried watching Saving Hope but lets say it didn’t stick.
The Beauty and The Beast – October 7, 2013
To be honest, I’m not sure if I am looking forward to the new series. All I really want to know is where did they take Vincent to and what the story about the man who claims to be Catherine’s real father…..Does Catherine’s father survive the accident…..Okay maybe there is a lot I am looking forward too….
The Carrie Diaries – October 25, 2013
I am one of the over 1million possible fans who were disappointed about Sex and the City Series came to an end…..Thou excited that Mr Bigg and Carrie ended up together. Then there was the movie…..The best….Now there is the prequel. TO be honest I was sceptical to see if the prequel will live up to the hype…so far, its doing okay at least I am looking forward to season 2 and the manhattan adventures….

Whoop whoop its a wrap…though fun exciting and tv addiction starts on the 26th of September, I am really looking forward to the 3rd of October, the premeir of Season 3 of Scandal, Season 5 of Vampire Dairies and the Sneak preview of The Originals season 1…..
